Marilyn was born in Cedar Metropolis, Utah, on July 21,1932 on the outdated Cedar Metropolis hospital to Howard Logan and Agnes Thompson Arns. She was preceded in loss of life by her husband Paul, brother-in-law John, brother-in-law Mark, nephew Dix, and her mother and father Howard and Agnes Arns.
